4 Maruti Suzuki Cars Ready For Launch – Details Here

Maruti Suzuki will give a generation change to its multiple products including Vitara Brezza subcompact SUV, Celerio and Alto hatchbacks. While the new Vitara Brezza and Alto will arrive next year, the new Celerio is reported to hit roads towards the end of this year. Besides this, the automaker will bring in CNG variants of the Swift, Dzire and Vitara Brezza. All three new CNG models are likely to launch during this festive season. Here’s a brief on the soon-to-be-launched Maruti Suzuki cars.

The new-generation Celerio will carry more angular design instead of the old tall boy stance. Significant cosmetic changes will be made to the model including new grille with chrome accents, revised headlamps with a chrome strip, blacked out alloys and new rear bumper and wraparound taillamps. The hatchback will also grown in size.  Engine setup of the new 2021 Maruti Celerio will include the existing 1.0L K10 petrol and the WagonR’s 1.2L, 4-cylinder petrol unit making 67bhp with 91Nm and 83bhp respectively. Both manual and AMT gearboxes will be on offer.

Maruti Swift, Dzire CNG

Maruti Suzuki’s two highly-popular models – Swift and Dzire – will soon be available with the factory-fitted CNG kit. Both will come with the 1.2L Dualjet K12C petrol engine coupled to the CNG kit. The petrol motor makes a peak power of 82bhp and 113Nm of torque. The Swift and Dzire will deliver power worth 70bhp at 6000rpm and 95Nm of torque at 4000rpm, while running on CNG mode. That means, the CNG variants will be 11bhp less powerful and 18Nm less torqueier than the regular gasoline variant.

Vitara Brezza Facelift Review

Powering the Maruti Vitara Brezza CNG will be a 1.5L K15B petrol engine with a factory-fitted CNG kit. As per the leaked information, the model will offer 91bhp of power and 122Nm of torque. The powertrain will feature the intelligent injection system and dual interdependent ECUs. It will come with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
