The XUV300 is set to undergo significant design alterations with this mid-life update, drawing inspiration from the forthcoming Mahindra BE electric SUVs. Expect a redesigned two-part grille, an enlarged central air intake, revised bumper, updated headlamp assembly with redesigned LED DRLs, a more angular nose, new alloys, and a revamped tailgate featuring a full-width LED light bar. Inside, the 2024 Mahindra XUV300 facelift is anticipated to have a new dashboard hosting dual 10.25-inch screens (one for infotainment and one for instrumentation), cooled seats, a 360-degree camera, and rear AC vents. While retaining the existing 1.2L turbo petrol, 1.2L TGDi petrol, and 1.5L diesel engines, a new 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox will be introduced for the turbo-petrol motor.

The dashboard will receive slight modifications, including a larger infotainment system and repositioned AC vents.
