2024 Mahindra XUV300 Facelift Launching In Coming Weeks

The homegrown UV maker, Mahindra is all set to introduce a wide range of electric SUVs in the country in the next couple of years. The company will also launch multiple ICE vehicles including the updated versions of its existing range. Mahindra’s first born-electric SUV, called the XUV.e8 will go on sale by December 2024. The Mahindra XUV300 facelift is the next big launch from the homegrown UV maker. 

The 2024 Mahindra XUV300 facelift has been spotted testing multiple times on the Indian roads. Set to rival the likes of the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue and the Maruti Brezza, the new XUV300 is expected to be launched in the coming weeks. The updated XUV300 will receive significant design changes and an all-new feature-loaded interior.

2024 Mahindra XUV300 Design Changes

The styling of the 2024 Mahindra XUV300 will be inspired from the Mahindra’s BE range of SUVs that will be introduced sometime in 2025. It comes with a more angular front fascia, featuring restyled drop-down LED daytime running lamps. The SUV comes with revised bumper and headlamp assembly, a new two-part grille with a larger central air intake. 

At the back, the SUV will have a completely redesigned tailgate with a full-width LED light bar. It gets the C-shaped LED tail-lamps and the registration plate is moved down on the bumper. The SUV will also receive newly-styled alloy wheels.

Major changes are expected inside the cabin with several features shared with the XUV400 EV. It will have a revised dashboard layout with twin 10.25-inch screens – one for a touchscreen infotainment and other for the digital instrument console. In terms of features, the SUV will have a 360 degree camera, ventilated front seats, rear air-con vents, a panoramic sunroof and others. 

Specifications

The new XUV300 will retain the existing engine options – a 1.5-litre diesel, a 1.2-litre turbo petrol and a 1.2-litre direct injection turbo petrol (TGDI). The most powerful 131bhp, 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine will also come with an Aisin-sourced 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox. Other transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and an AMT.
