At the recently held 2019 EICMA, Royal Enfieled didn’t have any all-new motorcycle to showcase. It instead put up some customised versions of its existing lineup and new colour variants of Himalayan. The Royal Enfield Himalayan was showcased in three colours – Gravel Grey, Lake Blue and Rock Red.

While the Rock Red and Lake Blue are dual-tone options in glossy finish, the Gravel Grey is in matte finish. The dual-tone colour variants get red/blue painted fuel tank. The luggage rack and crash protection guard have also been painted with the same colour.

Rest of the bike gets black colour paint. The third colour variant – Gravel Grey – has an impressive matte finish on the fuel tank and the front beak fender. Rest of the bike is in the black.

Besides the new colour variants, the Royal Enfield Himalayan received no changes. That means, it’s the same as the current model in terms of mechanics. It retains the same 411cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. Mated to a 5-speed gearbox, the engine churns out a maximum power output of 24.5bhp and a peak torue of 32Nm. The instrument cluster too is the same part analogue part digital unit.
