2019 Datsun Redi-GO Launched With More Safety Features
In order to meet the new safety norms, Datsun India has added new safety features to the 2019 redi-GO entry-level model. This hatchback gets driver side airbag, rear parking assist sensor, high speed warning and seat belt reminder as standard safety features. The Datsun redi-GO was already available with an ABS and EBD as standard.
The 2019 Datsun redi-GO range is now available in 5 variants, which are priced between Rs 2.79 lakh and Rs 4.37 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The 2019 Datsun redi-GO is available with 2 engine options – 0.8-litre 3-cylinder petrol and a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder petrol. While the former is good for 54PS and 72Nm, the 1.0L unit produces 68PS and 91Nm of torque. The entry-level model is claimed to return a fuel efficiency of 22.7kmpl with 0.8L engine and 22.5kmpl with 1.0L unit. Both manual and AMT versions are on sale. The 2019 Datsun redi-GO comes with a 2 year/unlimited kilometers standard warranty. The company is also offering an optional extended warranty for 2 or 3 years/unlimited kms. Convenience of roadside assistance is provided free of cost with both standard and extended warranties.
