MG Hector will come in four trims – Style, Super, Smart and Sharp.
MG Motor has finally kick started its Indian innings with the launch of MG Hector SUV. Prices of the Hector start from Rs 12.18 lakh for the entry-level Style petrol MT variant and go up to Rs 16.88 lakh for the top-spec Sharp diesel MT variant. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. The all-new MG Hector has been made available with both petrol and diesel powertrains along with a mild hybrid petrol manual version.
While the petrol models uses a 1.5L motor that’s good for 143PS and 250Nm, the diesel variants comes with a 2.0L mill generating 170PS and 350Nm. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and DCT automatic unit. MG claims that the Hector petrol delivers mileage of 14.16kmpl (MT, 13.96kmpl (AT) and 15.81kmpl (Hybrid) and the diesel promises 17.41kmpl. Check Out – City Wise Dealership List of MG Motor in India
The SUV lineup is spread across four trims – Style, Super, Smart and Sharp. While the petrol manual has been made available with Style and Super trims, the petrol automatic combination is offered on the Smart and Sharp trims. Colour options include Starry Black, Aurora Silver, Blaze Red, Candy White and Burgundy Red. The entry-level Style trim comes in White and Silver shades, the Blaze Red is offered from the Smart variants onwards. The MG Hector is the company’s first internet car packed with a new-generation i-Smart system along with a range of highly advanced features.
