The 2018 Toyota CH-R crossover comes with a new Design trim, which is more stylish and comfortable alternative to the Icon edition

Japanese automaker, Toyota has revealed the updated C-HR crossover line-up in the UK. The company has also introduced a new trim level called Design, which is a more stylish and comfortable alternative to the Icon edition of the car.

The new Toyota C-HR Design trim comes equipped with newly designed 18-inch alloy wheels. It also gets a new Cyan Blue paint colour. Other features include rear privacy glass, ambient lighting, Toyota’s Touch 2 infotainment system with built-in navigation, parking sensors at the front and rear, and Toyota’s semi-autonomous park assist. Additionally, the C-HR Design gets heated seats with power adjustable lumbar support.

For safety and security, the Toyota C-HR Design trim gets a reversing camera and Toyota’s safety sense driver assistance as standard fitment. The new Toyota C-HR Design is available with two engine options – 122bhp, 1.8-litre hybrid powertrain and a 113bhp, 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol. Also See – Upcoming Toyota Cars In India

The new Cyan Blue colour is also available with entire C-HR range. The Excel variant also gets full black leather upholstery and LED tail-lights. The Dynamic trim also gets new black 18-inch alloy wheels, a black fabric upholstery with silver dashboard trim. It also gets a premium audio setup by specialist JBL. The new 2018 Toyota C-HR Icon edition also comes with a Tech Pack optional package. This package includes several high-end safety features like a blind spot monitoring system, rear crossways traffic alert, lane departure warning with steering assist and power folding mirrors.
