Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is surely one of the big new bike launches of this year. The model lineup has been made available in three trims (Fireball, Stellar and Supernova) priced from Rs 1.76 lakh to Rs 1.90 lakh (all, ex-showroom). Based on the brand’s all-new chassis, the RE Meteor 350 carries retro-classic design and modern features along with a new powertrain. A latest digital rendering previews the cruiser version of the newly-launched Meteor 350 motorcycle.

Similar to the conventional cruiser, the rendered RE Meteor 350 cruiser has low-slung and the slopping front forks. The latter one improves its rake angle and increased its wheelbase to a few inches. Compared to the regular model, the rendered one has slightly lower positioned taillamp.

Features such as lower rider’s seat, narrower pillion seat with low grab handles and taller handlebar further distinguish it from the stock model. The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 cruiser has been painted in gloss black shade with yellow pinstripes on side panel, fuel tank and rear fender.

We have reported earlier that the Chennai based bikemaker is working on a 650cc premium cruiser that will be based on the RE KX concept. The motorcycle is likely to share its platform with the RE Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. Powering the cruiser will be a 650cc, twin-cylinder engine making 46.8bhp and 52Nm of torque. The same powertrain does duty in the RE 650 twins. For performing transmission duties, it might have a 6-speed gearbox.

The latest spy pictures confirm that the upcoming new Royal Enfield cruiser will have a low slung profile with retro-style circular headlight, slender fuel tank and alloy wheels. The spotted model features a longer seat and an USD fork front suspension instead of a single-piece saddle and the unconventional girder type suspension unit as we have in the RE KX concept.
