Royal Enfield Classic 350 Gets A Big Price Hike Ahead of New-Gen Model

Royal Enfield has increased prices of its highly popular Classic 350 motorcycle range ahead launch of the new-generation model. After the latest price hike, the bike costs from Rs 1.79 lakh for the entry-level variant to Rs 2.03 lakh for the top-end model. It’s the dual-channel ABS Stealth Black and Chrome Black variants that witness the maximum price hike of Rs 8,362, followed by the dual-channel ABS Orange Ember and Metallo Silver models. The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is ready to enter into its new-generation in coming weeks. In fact, the new model has already started arriving at dealerships. Major changes will be made to its underpinning and engine setup. Compared to the current generation, the new one will be more refined featuring the Meteor’s 349cc, fuel injected motor with a 5-speed gearbox. The engine pushes out a claimed power of 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque. It will be designed on the J-platform that’s debut on the RE Meteor 350.

The spy images confirm that the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will retain the original retro design elements including circular headlamp. The new switchgear, grab rails and turn indicators and sleeker retro-styled taillamp will mark distinction to its portfolio. The new digital analogue instrument cluster and RE Tipper Navigation system will be borrowed from the RE Meteor 350.

With the generation change, the Classic 350 is likely to receive black colour scheme with matte and gloss finishing and new red seats. The bike will come with multiple options for alloy wheels, wire-spoke wheels, chromed and blacked-out engine and exhaust components.
