2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 – Key Details We Know So Far

The new-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 is surely one of the much-awaited new bike launches of this year. We have seen multiple spy pictures and videos of the model revealing interesting design and feature details. Now, the bike has started arriving at dealerships ahead of its launch. New Platform, Engine

One of the biggest update will be made to its underpin. The new Classic 350 will sit on the J-platform that has already been used in the RE Meteor 350. In fact, the engine setup will also be borrowed from the Meteor. The new-generation Classic 350 will use the 349cc, fuel injected motor paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The unit has been tuned for producing power worth 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque.

Improved Design

The original retro-classic design will be retained. The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will continue to carry the circular headlamp, while the handlebar grips and switchgear and turn indicators will be new units. The grab rails will be repositioned and circular LED taillamps will be sleeker than before. Similar to the RE Meteor 350, the new Classic 350 will feature a new digital-analogue instrument console and RE Tripper Navigation System. The Tripper navigation system, which has been developed jointly by RE and Google, works by pairing smartphone via Bluetooth along with the RE application. Variants, Colours

Similar to the current generation, the new model lineup will be spread across multiple variants. At present, it comes in a total of 11 variants and 15 colour schemes. The spy pictures confirm that the bike will get black paint scheme with matte and gloss finishing and new red seats. There will be options for the chromed and blacked-out engine and exhaust components and wire-spoke wheels and alloy wheels.

Expected Price

 The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 prices are estimated to start from Rs 1.80 lakh for the base variant. Currently, the model lineup comes in the price range of Rs 1.72 lakh – Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom).
