Revolt RV400, RV300 Will Soon Be Available In 4 More Cities
In August 2019, Revolt Intellicorp had introduced the RV400 and RV300 electric bikes in the country. Initially, the motorcycles were made available only Delhi and Pune only. Now, the company has confirmed that it will expand its network in four more cities in the first quarter of 2020.
The bikemaker will setup its outlets in Ahmedabad on 29th February, followed by Hyderabad on 2nd March, Chennai on 5th March and Mumbai by the end of March.
The Revolt RV400 comes with a monthly payment plan starting at Rs 3,999/month for three years. The base model RV300 costs Rs 2,999/month for three years.
The company is offering unlimited battery warranty (8 years/150,000kms), product warranty (5 years/75,000kms), free maintenance benefits (3 years/30,000kms) and insurance (1 year company owned/5 years third party).
Powering the Revolt RV400 is a 3.24kW lithium-ion battery offering an ARAI-certified range of 156km. It can attain a top speed of 85kmph. The fully-loaded RV400 comes with a charging cable with a regular 15A plug. Its battery can be fully charged in 4.5 hours by consuming around 3 units of electricity.
Compared to the RV400, the Revolt RV300 is smaller and sits on 30mm shorter wheelbase. Its rear tyre is narrower and the rear disc brake is smaller as well. The claimed kerb weight is 7kg less than the RV400.
