New Kia Seltos – Top Variants and Olive Colour In Demand

The new Kia Seltos facelift has been on Indian roads for about a month now. The SUV model lineup features slightly improved styling, modern features, and the same engine setup. The entry-level variant is priced at Rs 10.90 lakh, while the fully-loaded top variant costs Rs 19.80 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom). The company has announced that the new Seltos received an impressive 31,716 bookings within just one month, after setting a record for the segment’s highest first-day orders.

Interestingly, the higher trims (HTX onwards) have been particularly popular, accounting for nearly 55% of the total bookings. The new Pewter Oliver color scheme, exclusive to India, has also gained significant attention, making up close to 19% of the total bookings so far.

 When examining the pricing details, the HTX 1.5L petrol MT and CVT variants are priced at Rs 15.20 lakh and Rs 16.60 lakh, respectively. The HTX 1.5L diesel iMT and AT models are available at Rs 16.70 lakh and Rs 18.20 lakh, respectively. The HTX+ 1.5L turbo-petrol iMT, 1.5L turbo-petrol DCT, and 1.5L diesel iMT are priced at Rs 18.30 lakh, Rs 19.20 lakh, and Rs 18.30 lakh, respectively. The sportier Seltos GTX+ variants are offered at Rs 19.80 lakh for the 1.5L turbo-petrol DCT and 1.5L diesel AT options, while the X-Line variants cost Rs 20 lakh for both the 1.5L turbo-petrol DCT and 1.5L diesel AT configurations. The new Kia Seltos HTX variant stands out as a great value for money option. It comes equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, connected car tech with OTA updates, leatherette seat upholstery, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, ambient lighting, reclining function for rear seats, Isofix mounts, traction control modes, drive modes, and paddle shifters, among other features.

Moving up to the HTX+ trim and beyond, additional features become available, such as a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charger, 8-way powered driver’s seat, 8-speaker Bose sound system, and front ventilated seats. The GTX+ and X-Line trims introduce exclusive cosmetic features, along with the ADAS suite, a 360-degree camera, electric parking brake with auto hold, and rain-sensing wipers.
