- – The Amaze is based on the thoroughly modified Brio platform and sits below four-meter in length.

- – The second-gen Amaze shares design cues from the Accord Hybrid, which has bold design cues and sharper styling.

- – It comes with a more balanced silhouette and coupe-like roofline at the rear, which makes it look refreshing and premium than the outgoing car.

- – The company has also revised the cabin of the car and now the focus is more on premium-ness.

- – It is equipped with a new touchscreen infotainment system, which is the same unit available in the City sedan.

- – The new Amaze is equipped with the same set of engines – 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel.

- – Interestingly, the new Amaze will be India’s first affordable car to feature a CVT automatic gearbox with diesel powertrain.
