Hyundai Motor India Ltd, has finally launched the 2015 Elantra facelift in the Indian car market at a staring price of Rs. 14.13 lakh (ex-showroom, new Delhi). The sedan is available in three trim levels – Base, S and SX – in petrol and diesel options.
Based on Hyundai’s Fluidic Design philosophy, the Elantra facelift features a prominent hexagonal radiator grille with added chrome, bold front bumper, new projector headlamps with LED light guise and new fog lamps. The side profile gets sleek lines flow from front to rear with a sporty profile and dynamic rear end.
The flared wheel arches of the sedan have been fitted to new 16-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, while the belt line gets chrome moulding. The new two-tone rear bumper and chrome tipped exhaust further add sporty appeal to the car, while the LED effect wrap around rear combination offers premium touch to it. The sedan also gets chrome door handles and rear parking assist system (Rear sensors and rear camera).
Inside, the 2015 Elantra sedan gets sporty black interiors, leather seats, metallic scuff plates, sporty aluminium pedals and ergonomically positioned console box with arm rest and rear air conditioning vents. The vehicle also gets revised centre console design, newly integrated control and display system. It comes with new generation audio that features newly designed user interface and graphics, 4.3-inch TFT LCD display and steering mounted controls, Bluetooth and rear camera display.
