MG Hector SUV Teased Ahead Of Its India Launch

MG Motor India has dropped a new teaser video of the MG Hector premium SUV that’s ready to hit showrooms in the second quarter of 2019. The video reveals its sleek silhouette along with signature front grille, headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, bold side creases, a shark-fin antenna, panoramic sunroof, rear spoiler and LED taillamp.

Reports suggest that the MG Hector will offer the largest panoramic sunroof (measuring 1460m X 832m) in its category. In fact, it will be bigger than the Jeep Compass. Being a premium product, the MG Hector is likely to be loaded with several advanced comfort and safety features. The list of features might include a 360 degree camera, power adjustable seats, electronic parking brake, cruise control, large 10-spoke alloy wheels and ORVMs with integrated turn signal lights. MG Hector will be offered with both petrol and diesel engines. The petrol variant might get a 1.5L, 4-cylinder motor, and the diesel model will make use of Fiat-sourced 2.0L unit. The SUV carline will come with manual and automatic gearbox options. Official details will be revealed near its launch.
