Maruti Suzuki has rolled out the Black Edition of its premium Nexa cars including Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, XL6 and the newly launched Grand Vitara. The new Nexa Black Edition models commemorate 40 years of Maruti Suzuki operations in the country.
The Maruti Ignis Black Edition, which are offered on the Zeta and Alpha trims, are available within the price range of Rs 6.47 lakh – Rs 7.72 lakh. The Maruti Ciaz and Baleno Black Editions have been made available across all variants, which are priced between Rs 8.99 lakh – Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 6.99 lakh – Rs 9.71 lakh respectively.

The Maruti XL6 Black Edition can be had on the range-topping Alpha and Alpha+ trims that cost from Rs 12.29 lakh to Rs 14.39 lakh. The Maruti Grand Vitara Black Edition comes in Zeta, Zeta+, Alpha and Alpha+ trims, which are offered in the price range of Rs 13.89 lakh – Rs 19.49 lakh. The carmaker says that the new metallic black shade “adds a touch of uniqueness and exclusivity to the sophisticated and technologically advanced vehicles. The NEXA Black Edition reflects the elegance and tasteful nature of NEXA customers and allows them to become a part of the celebrations in a memorable way.”
Besides this, the carmaker is also offering limited edition accessory packages at special discounted prices. The Maruti Baleno Black Edition comes with two accessory packages – the Novo Spirit Collection and the Elegrande Collection – priced at Rs 22,990 and Rs 17,890 respectively. The Maruti Grand Vitara Black Edition Enigma package costs Rs 32,990, while the Ignis, Ciaz and XL6 packages are available at Rs 22,990, Rs 39,990 and Rs 25,300 respectively.
The accessory packages include Nexa cushions and seats in black finish, steering wheel covers, floor mats, front fender garnish, black door garnish, front and rear underbody spoilers in black and grey colours, garnish for headlamps, ORVMs and sill guards, number plate garnish and more. Items such as air purifier and a high performance vacuum cleaner are exclusively offered with the Grand Vitara and Baleno respectively.
