Mahindra Verito Vibe Launched in India

Mahindra & Mahindra, the leading utility vehicle makers has finally launched its much anticipated Verito Vibe hatchback in the Indian car market.  The Verito Vibe is basically developed on the Verito platform, and it is a sub-4 metre car. This has helped the manufacturer to enjoy the lower excise duty cut, and even it comes powered by the 1.5-litre diesel engine.

The hatchback is launched in three different variants D2, D4 and the D6. We already mentioned that it is based on Verito platform, as its most of the interior styling comes from the sedan.  Most of the interior ingredients are commonly shared between sedan and hatchback versions of Verito.

Speaking on the launch of the Verito Vibe, Dr Pawan Goenka, and President – Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd stated, “The launch of our much awaited compact car, the Verito Vibe, is another proud moment in our automotive journey. The company has added almost all the necessary features to the hatchback like ABS, driver airbag, alloy wheels and rear defogging. The D6 variant is the top of the line variant and gets an integrated music system with USB and Aux connection. The car has an excellent boot capacity of 330-litres, which can carry not just your daily luggage but more than that.  Mahindra Verito Vibe is being offered with seven colours: Fiery Black, Java Brown, Mist Silver, Toreador Red, Dolphin Grey, Diamond White and Aqua Rush. The car offers a fuel efficiency of 20.8km/litre (ARAI).

The base D2 variant of Verito Vibe is priced at Rs. 5.63 lakhs, mid variant D4 costs Rs. 5.89 lakhs and Rs. 6.49 lakhs for the top-of-the-line D6 variant.  All the prices are ex-showroom Mumbai.
