Jeep Meridian (Commander) 7-Seater SUV Interior Details – Video

It’s not a secret that Jeep is working on a three-row SUV based on the Compass. The SUV’s production model will soon make its global debut as the Jeep Commander in the South American market. The three-row SUV will also come to India by April 2022. Here, the Commander will be named – Jeep Meridian. It’s estimated to cost from around Rs 35 lakh and will be positioned against the MG Gloster, Ford Endeavour, Toyota Fortuner, Volkswagen Tigun Allspace and the upcoming Skoda Kodiaq TSI.

Recently, Jeep Brazil released a teaser video of the Commander (Meridian) revealing its interior details and seating arrangement. Its dashboard and interior elements look similar to the updated Compass. Though, the dashboard gets suede trim instead of the leather finish and materials are relatively premium. The brown leather seats with cross stitching pattern, rose gold accents on the lower centre console and front armrest with ‘Jeep 1941’ embossing add more to its premium appeal.
