Honda CB350 Deliveries Start Ahead of Festive Season

Deliveries of the newly-launched Honda H’Ness CB350 retro motorcycle have been commenced across the nation. The bike is being sold via the company’s premium Honda BigWing dealerships. The Honda CB350 has been built completely from the ground up and developed in India. The model comes in two variants – DLX and DLX Pro – priced at Rs 1.85 lakh and Rs 1.90 lakh (all, ex-showroom). The top-end DLX Pro version comes with dual-tone paint schemes, Bluetooth connectivity and two-unit horn.

Honda has equipped its new retro-classic bike with several segment-first features Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS), slipper clutch and an assist. For braking duties, the bike has 310mm and 240mm disc brakes at the front and rear ends respectively. It also comes with dual-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system).

Suspension setup includes a telescopic front at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The Honda CB350 has been assembled with 19-inch alloys shod with 100/90-19 upfront and 130/70-18 rear MRF Zapper tyres. Underpinning a half-duplex cradle frame, the new Honda 350cc bike derives its power from a new 348cc, single-cylinder engine. The motor has been tuned for generating power worth 20.78bhp and 30Nm of torque.

The bikemaker claims that the CB350’s engine has the main shaft coaxial balancer on the cylinder that reduces vibrations. Furthermore, its large tailpipe makes a low-pitched sound. Transmission duties are carried out by a 5-speed gearbox. Its slipper clutch makes the gear shifts smoother. Read – Honda Hness CB350 Vs Royal Enfield Classic 350

Design of the new Honda 350cc bike is inspired by the old Honda CB motorcycles. Some of its styling bits include round LED headlamp, retro-style tank, chrome fenders, large signature badges, rear shock absorbers and exhaust pipe. The chrome on the fins, engine and cases add more to its retro-classic looks.
