Hero Xtreme 160R 100 Million Limited Edition Coming Soon

In January 2021, Hero MotoCorp achieved the significant 100 million cumulative production milestone in the country. The bikemaker rolled out the 100th millionth unit (Xtreme 160R) from its Haridwar based manufacturing plant. In order to commemorate the new achievement, the company is planning to launch the new Hero Xtreme 160R 100 Million Limited Edition in coming weeks. The special edition has already been listed on the official website.

The upcoming Hero Xtreme 160R Limited Edition will be pained in dual-tone White and Red colours and feature new body graphics. No other changes will be made to the model. The bike’s limited edition will continue to feature LED headlamp, LED indicators, dual-tone fuel tank, minimal cowls, a heavily contoured single-piece seat, smoked-out LED taillamp with ‘H’ signature.

Hero Xtreme 160R features

Similar to the regular model, the new Hero Xtreme 160R 100 Million Limited Edition will offer a fully digital inverted LCD instrument console, hazard lights and side stand engine cut-off. The bike will be assembled with the 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 100/80-17 front and 130/70-R17 rear tyres. The standard based variant comes with 276mm front disc and 130mm rear drum brakes along with single-channel ABS. The new Hero Xtreme 160R Limited Edition will derive its power from the same 163cc air-cooled engine boosted with fuel injection technology. The motor pushes out a peak power of 15bhp and 14Nm of torque. The bike has a 5-speed gearbox for performing transmission duties. The Xtreme 160R comes with kick starter along with the standard starter motor. The bike carries a kerb weight of 139.5kg. It can do 0 to 60kmph in 4.7 seconds.

At present, the Xtreme 160R double disc brake and disc brake variants have been priced at Rs 106,950 and Rs 103,900 respectively. The new limited edition is likely to be priced a little premium over the regular model.
