BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125, Destini 125 – 11% More Mileage, 10% Faster

BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125 Price

The BS6-compliant Hero Maestro Edge 125 and Destini 125 scooters have been launched in the country. Both models get slightly more powerful and torquier than their respective BS4 versions. While the Drum brake BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125 variant is priced at Rs 67,950, the Disc brake model costs Rs 70,150. The alloy wheel with Disc brake and Prismatic colour technology Maestro Edge has been offered at Rs 70,650. The BS6 Hero Destini 125, on the other hand, comes in two variants – LX and VX – priced at Rs 64,310 and Rs 66,800 respectively. All prices are ex-showroom.

Compared to BS4 Maestro, the updated disc and Prismatic colour variant is Rs 6,080 more expensive. The drum and disc variants get expensive by Rs 7,580 and Rs 8,280 respectively. The BS6 Destini LX and VX have witnessed a price hike of Rs 7,410 and Rs 7,000 respectively.

Powering both the scooters is the same BS6-compliant 125cc, Programmed fuel injection engine with ‘XSens Technology’. It returns a claimed power of 9bhp at 7000rpm and 10.4Nm of torque at 5500rpm. The BS6 Hero Maestro Edge 125 and BS6 Hero Destini 125 are benefited with the brand’s i3S Technology (Idle-Stop-Start System). While the former gets a new Prismatic Purple colour, the latter one comes with a new Matt Grey Silver paint scheme. The bikemaker also offered new signature LED Guide-Lamps on the updated Destini.
