On the other hand, TVS is working on multiple new EVs, new cruiser motorcycle and Apache RR310 based naked bike. 1. Royal Enfield Hunter 350
Royal Enfield is planning to launch the new Hunter 350 motorcycle by the end of July 2022. Deliveries for the new retro-styled Roadster are likely to commence by August 2022. To be positioned below the Bullet 350, the new Hunter 350 will be the most affordable Royal Enfield in the country. It is likely to be priced around Rs 1.30 lakh to Rs 1.40 lakh, ex-showroom.
Codenamed J1C1, the new RE Hunter 350 is based on the brand’s J-platform that underpins the Meteor and the Classic 350. It will be powered by the same 3499cc, single-cylinder engine that powers the Classic 350. Coupled to a 5-speed gearbox, the 349cc engine churns out 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque.

2. TVS Zeppelin R or Apache RR310 Based Naked
TVS Motor Company has officially announced to introduce a new motorcycle on July 6, 2022. The company hasn’t revealed the name and details of the bike; however, it is likely to be the TVS Zeppelin or street naked version of the Apache RR310. TVS has already trademarked the ‘Zeppelin R’ nameplate. For people not in the know, TVS had showcased the Zeppelin Power Cruiser concept at the 2020 Delhi Auto Expo.
The concept was powered by a 220cc, single-cylinder engine coupled to a 1,200 watt regenerative assist motor with a 48 volt Lithium-ion battery. Paired to a 5-speed gearbox, the engine produces 20bhp and 18.5Nm of torque.
Media reports suggest that TVS is also working on a new naked streetfigher based on the Apache RR 310. Rumoured to be called the TVS Apache RTR 310, the new motorcycle could share design cues with the BMW G310R and the Apache RTR 200 4V. It is likely to be powered by a 312.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 34bhp and 27.3Nm of torque.
3. BMW G310 RR
BMW Motorrad India has started accepting pre-orders for the upcoming new BMW G310RR fully-faired motorcycle. Scheduled to be launched on July 15, 2022, the new motorcycle shares the design highlights, cycle parts and engine with the TVS Apache RR310. Powering the motorcycle is a 312.2cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that churns out 33bhp of power at 9,700rpm and a peak torque of 27.3Nm at 7,700rpm.
