2022 Maruti Brezza Front, Rear Design Imagined; Looks Pretty Accurate

Maruti Vitara Brezza, the subcompact SUV from the Indo-Japanese automaker, is ready to enter into its second generation early next year. Reports suggest that the model will drop the ‘Vitara’ prefix with the generation change and the new version will be named – 2022 Maruti Brezza. It’s likely to hit roads in the month of February. While its launch is a few months away, a latest digital rendering show possible design of its front and rear sections.

The rendered new 2022 Maruti Brezza carries a completely revised front fascia. It features a new grille, newly-designed LED projector headlamps , updated fog lamp assembly and a more pronounced bumper. It has black roof and roof rails along with a new set of alloy wheels and bold shoulder creases. The side profile is further adorned by blacked-out A, B and C pillars, blacked-out door moulding, squared wheel arches, body coloured door handles and rear view mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Under the hood, the new 2022 Maruti Brezza will employ the same 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine that does duty in the current model. Though, it’s rumoured to come with the stronger hybrid technology. In its current form, with 12V SHVS tech, it delivers power worth 104bhp and 138Nm of torque. Transmission options will include the same 5-speed manual and 4-speed torque convertor automatic units.
