2021 Tata Tiago NRG Gets A New Green Colour; Launch On 4th Aug

Tata Motors has dropped yet another teaser of the new 2021 Tata Tiago NRG that’s slated to launch on coming 4th August. This time around, the carmaker has revealed that the facelifted model will come in a new Green colour scheme with blacked out ORVMs and roof. The hatchback’s sporty variant will receive a few noticeable changes inside and out, while the engine setup will remain unchanged. The 2021 Tata Tiago NRG facelift will feature a blacked out grille along with the newly-designed 14-inch alloy wheels and black cladding all around the body. Its tailgate will have black insert and there is a prominent NRG badge on the rear section.

While its official details will be revealed next week, the sportier Tiago is likely to come with the all-black interior them with contrast orange accents on central console, AC vents and parts of gearbox housing. Its black seats with contrasting orange stitching will further enhance its sporty feel and appeal.

Rest of the features will be carried forward from the current model. That means, the sportier hatchback will offer height adjustable driver seat, power assisted and tilt adjustable steering, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, remote locking, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. As mentioned above, the new 2021 Tata Tiago NRG will continue to feature the same 1.2L petrol, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. The gasoline unit can be had with either a manual transmission or an AMT gearbox. It delivers a peak power of 86bhp and 113Nm of torque.

Similar to the pre-facelift version, the updated Tiago NRG will be based on the range-topping XZ Plus trim and is estimated to be priced around Rs 20,000 – Rs 30,000 premium over the its regular counterpart.
