2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 Final Model Spied – Images, Video

Royal Enfield has been extensively testing the new-generation Classic 350 in the country. Recently, the production-ready model of the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 caught on camera revealing interesting design details. The spy video confirms that the bike will receive a narrower, round LED taillamp and turn indicators for the first time. Design bits such as circular halogen headlamps, teardrop-shaped fuel tank and broad rear fenders are carried forward from the current model. It might come with LED DRL (daytime running lights), a semi-digital instrument console with an analogue speedometer and a digital display and Bluetooth connectivity. The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be built on a new modular J platform that also underpins the new RE Meteor 350.

Royal Enfield’s new architecture will make the new Classic 350 lighter than before. It will also improve its power to weight ratio and offer better handling. The bike’s new-generation model might come in new colour options along with the existing 12 paint schemes including Classic Black, Mercury Silver, Pure Black, Gunmetal Grey, Airborne Blue, Chrome, Stromrider Sand, Stealth Black, Orange Ember, Chestnut, Ash and Metallo Silver. For power, the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will use a new 350cc, single-cylinder fuel injected engine borrowed from the RE Meteor 350. The motor has advanced SOHC configuration and is claimed to offer more refined and efficient than the existing unit. It pushes out a peak power of 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque. The bike will have a 5-speed gearbox for performing transmission duties.

Official launch date and details of the new Classic 350 are yet to be revealed. Though, it’s likely to hit roads by mid 2021 (possibly in June). It will be put up against the Honda CB350, Benelli Imperiale and Jawa Forty-Two. Prices are likely to start from Rs 1.65 lakh (ex-showroom).
