It has been a while since Audi has been testing the facelifted version of Audi A7 Sportback and S7 Sportback around the world. Now, the company has officially unveiled the vehicles before they will go on sale in the UK.

The updated model now comes equipped with redesigned bumpers, grille and optional new Matrix LED headlights with daytime turn indicators. At the back, the vehicle gets angular shaped exhaust tips, newly designed taillights and a new bumper.

The new Audi A7 Sportback comprises of aluminium and high-tech steel grades. The cargo space under the long, electrically powered tailgate has a base capacity of 535 litres. The boot space can be further extended to 1,390 litres by folding the rear seats.

2015 Audi S7 Sportback

Step inside the cabin, the vehicle gives the high quality and luxurious experience. The elegant dashboard now features aluminium/Beaufort walnut inlays. The colour palette has been revised, and now offers additional colour options now extending to include the Valcona leather upholstery available as an upgrade to the standard Milano leather in versions below the S line. The front seats can be optionally equipped with ventilation and massage functions, and there are four seat versions to choose from. The MMI radio plus operating system is standard and can be supplemented as an option with a head-up display that projects all important information onto the windscreen.

2015 Audi S7 Sportback interior

The new Audi A7 Sportback will get two TFSI and three TDI engines. The vehicle will be powered by a 3.0-litre TDI V6 Clean Diesel engine that produces 268bhp or 214bhp in the more frugal “ultra” variant. It also features a more powerful 3.0-litre TDI bi-turbo engine producing 315bhp which is paired to an 8-speed tiptronic gearbox, while the other engines come with a seven-speed S tronic. The performance oriented Audi S7 gets the 4.0-litre TFSI engine producing 444bhp.
