Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest passenger vehicle manufacturer, is experiencing unprecedented success with its highest-ever quarterly sales volume, net sales, and profits in the September quarter. The company reported a staggering 80.3% YoY growth, with a quarterly profit of Rs 3,716.5 crore compared to Rs 2,061.5 crore in the same period last year. This remarkable performance is attributed to several milestones achieved by Maruti Suzuki, including surpassing the 1 million half-yearly sales mark for the first time, selling over 10 lakh vehicles with automatic transmission, and securing the top position in the SUV market in India.

Two of the most anticipated upcoming models from Maruti Suzuki are the new-generation Maruti Swift and Dzire, both of which are set to hit the roads in the coming months.
The new-generation Maruti Swift is expected to debut in India by February 2024. It will bring significant upgrades in terms of design and features, promising a fresh and modern look. One of the standout features of the 2024 Swift is its new 1.2L, 3-cylinder Z-Series petrol engine, which will replace the existing 1.2L, 4-cylinder K-Series engine.
This new engine is anticipated to be lighter, more environmentally friendly, and more fuel-efficient.
