Honda reveals that the SCe electric scooter concept is equipped with two swappable batteries or in Honda language, a “Mobile Power Pack”. The overall design appears very conventional; however, it gets some modern features including the full-width LED daytime running lamps. The scooter comes with contrasting blue highlights, which refers to electric. The blue treatment can be seen on the front lighting panel, handlebar and rear tail section.

The pictures of the new Honda SCe electric scooter concept reveal that it features a flat board and a large seat to accommodate a rider and a pillion. This suggests that the new electric scooter will be used for an urban commute. It was speculated to be offered with a hub mounted electric motor; that’s not the case here. The electric motor is placed on a rear wheel, which draws power from the battery.
