Mahindra Mojo XT300 New Blue Colour

Painted in Blue and Silver shades, the new colour variant has been priced at Rs 1.79 lakh.

Mahindra Two Wheelers has introduced a new Ocean Blue colour to its top-spec Mojo XT300 bike. Painted in Blue and Silver shades, the new colour variant has been priced at Rs 1.79 lakh, which is same as the Volcano Red (Red and Silver) model. The new Ocean Blue paint scheme was already available on the Mojo UT300. Save for the new colour scheme, no changes have been made to the bike.

Mahindra Mojo UT300 and Mojo XT300 make use of a 295 cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine that’s good enough for 26.8bhp and 30Nm of torque. While the former gets a carbureted unit, the latter one comes with the fuel-injection technology. Transmission on offer is a 6-speed unit.

The range-topping Mahindra Mojo XT300 looks exactly similar to the UT300. Though, it gets a dual colour treatment on the fuel tank, visor, radiator shrouds and belly pan. The entry-level Mojo UT300 gets the conventional forks and narrower 140mm rear tyre, while the XT300 comes with the USD (Up-side down) forks and 150mm Pirelli rear tyre. The ‘Xtreme Tourer’ (XT) version also gets dual exhaust setup. Read: Top 5 Cruiser Bikes Under Rs 2 lakh In India

Talking about Mahindra Two Wheelers’ future plan, the company is planning to bring in the iconic Jawa bikes in the Indian market. Reports in media suggest that the Jawa bikes will share their platform and engine with Mojo 300. Jawa bikes are likely to make debut at the EICMA in November, 2018. The first Jawa bike could be launched in India by the end of this year.

The two-wheeler maker is also working on an electric scooter – Mahindra Genze. It will be the world’s first electric connected sctooer with segment-first 7-inch cruise-connected touchscreen control panel, GPS tracing and three riding modes – Sport, Eco and Safe.
