Here’re 5 important changes that are likely to be made to the new-generation Suzuki Alto (2021 Maruti Suzuki Alto).

1. Heartect platform

The new-generation Maruti Alto will switch to the new Heartect platform that underpins the brand’s new breed cars. The carmaker says that the architecture has been designed using ultra and advanced high strength steels. It’s capable to absorb and distribute impact energy uniformly across the vehicle structure to ensure the passengers’ safety. It also improves NVH levels, handling and power-to-weight ratio of the vehicle.

2. Significant updates

As of now, the design and interior details of the new Suzuki Alto (2021 Maruti Alto) are still under the wraps. Though, we expect it to receive comprehensive changes inside and out. The entry-level hatchback might come with an entirely new front fascia sporting newly-designed grille, updated bumper and revised headlamps. Other key changes might include a set of newly-designed wheels, bolder side creases, updated taillamps and bumper. The new Alto might also witnessed minor dimensional changes. The higher trim of the hatchback is likely to come with a touchscreen infotainment system.
