2018 Datsun GO and GO+ Facelifts To Launch In Early October
The 2018 Datsun GO and GO+ facelifts will hit Indian roads in the first week of October.
Datsun GO hatchback and GO+ MPV will soon receive their first mid-life updates in the Indian market. Both the models went on sale in the Indonesian market in May, 2018. The 2018 Datsun GO and GO+ facelifts will hit Indian roads in the first week of October, i.e. ahead of the festive season. Similar to the Indonesian model, the India-spec 2018 Datsun GO and GO+ facelifts might feature the updated front grille, revised headlamps with LED DRLs (daytime running lights) Redi-GO-inspired and newly-designed front bumper.
Moving to sides, the 2018 Datsun GO and GO+ facelifts could get the new ORVMs with integrated turn signal lights and newly-designed alloy wheels. Both the cars will also get new LED taillamps. Interior will also witness comprehensive changes. Picture Gallery – Datsun GO Live Concept
The refreshed versions of both the vehicles will get a well-integrated dashboard, new seat upholstery, mobile docking system, power windows, power steering and a USB port. Mechanically, the 2018 Datsun GO and GO+ facelifts are likely to remain unchanged. The petrol model will use the same 1.2-litre, three-cylinder engine that’s good for 78bhp and 104Nm of torque. Transmission duties will also be carried out be the same 5-speed manual gearbox. While the Indonesian-spec version gets an optional CVT unit, the India-spec model will miss out on it.
