Toyota had launched the Urban Cruiser Hyryder mid-sized SUV in the country in September 2022. Not just Hyryder, Toyota had introduced the new Innova Hycross MPV in January 2023. Both models come with petrol and petrol hybrid powertrains. Based on the Suzuki’s Global-C platform, the Toyota Hyryder mid-sized SUV also comes with Suzuki’s CNG powertrain.

On the other hand, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder comes with a waiting period of up to 20 months. The petrol version of the SUV has a waiting period of up to seven months. On the other hand, the hybrid variant’s waiting period increases to 20 months from the day of booking. Toyota’s recently launched Innova Crysta diesel also commands a long waiting period of around 16 weeks.
