Tata Tigor Electric Variant-Wise Features Explained

Tata Motors has recently launched the facelifted Tigor Electric at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model is equipped with Nexon’s Ziptron technology, and claims to offer better range and more power. The new Tata Tigor Electric is available in 4 variants – XE, XM, XZ+ and XZ+ Dual Tone.

The Tata Tigor Electric is powered by a 75PS electric motor that draws power from a 26kWh battery pack. The company claims that the new model will offer an ARAI certified 306km range. It supports fast charging system, as it can be charged from 0-80 percent in an hour. With regular home charger, the sedan can be charged in 8.5 hours. It is offered in two paint schemes – Daytona Grey and Teal Signature Blue.

Tigor EV XE – Price Rs 11.99 Lakh

– It comes equipped with halogen headlamps, LED tail-lamps, front power windows, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and seat belt reminder. The base model has automatic climate control, height adjustable driver’s seat,  phone charging system for front occupants, manual adjustments for ORVMs and digital driver display.

Tigor Electric XM – Price Rs 12.49 Lakh

– This variant has all the featured that are accessible in the base variant. Adding to it, the sedan gets remote locking using flip key, power windows, wheel covers, Harman-sourced sound system with 4 speakers, 2-DIN infotinment unit with USB and Bluetooth connectivity, speed sensing door locks and rear parking camera.

Tigor Electric XZ+ – Price Rs 12.99 Lakh

– It gets all the features of the XM, and with additional 50,000, buyers will get several additional features.

– The XZ+ variant gets Halogen projector headlamps with LED DRLs, front fog lamps, LED tail-lights, follow me home headlamps, rear defogger and ORVMs with integrated blinkers. It gets steel wheels with plastic wheel covers, which looks like an alloy wheel.

– In terms of features, the top-spec model has keyless entry with push-button start, rear armrest with cupholders, phone charging facility for rear occupants, cooled glove box, powered ORVMs, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, and connected car tech. This variant gets an 8-speaker Harman sound system.
