2022 Tata Safari Adventure Persona Edition – New Colour, More Features

Tata Motors has introduced a new Orcus White colour scheme on the Safari Adventure Persona Edition. Until now, the model was available only in Tropical Mist paint scheme. Based on the top-spec XZ+ and XZA+ trims, the edition gets some extra goodies including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a wireless charger and cooled first and second-row seats (only 6-seater) version. The Tata Safari Adventure Persona Edition was introduced with the standard model around a year ago. The model gets a few cosmetic enhancements and extra features over the regular Safari. The Edition has been assembled with piano black front grille, charcoal grey skid plates, blacked-out 18-inch alloy wheels and roof rails.

Unlike the Safari that has Black and White interior, the Safari Adventure Persona Edition comes with Brown and White theme. It has brown Benecke Kaliko upholstery. On the feature front, the SUV offers an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital cluster, ventilated seats on first and second rows, 6-way powered driver seat, connected car tech, wireless charger, reverse parking camera, air purifier and many more.

No changes have been made to its engine. Similar to the regular model, the Tata Safari Adventure Personal Edition uses the 2.0-litre Kryotec turbocharged diesel engine delivering power worth 170hp and 350Nm of torque. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox.

In other updates, the home-grown automaker will soon roll out the Kaziranga Editions of its popular SUVs including Punch, Nexon, Harrier and Safari. Just so you know, the Tata Punch Kaziranga Edition was recently auctioned at the IPL 2022. The auction money will be go for the conservation of Kaziranga National Park in Assam.
