Tata Dark Edition range is a hit in the Indian market. In order to boost sales of the Nexon EV Max, the carmaker has rolled out its Dark Edition based on the XZ+ Lux trim. It’s being offered with the standard and fast charger (7.2kW) option, priced at Rs 19.04 lakh and Rs 19.54 lakh respectively. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom. The Nexon EV Prime Dark Edition costs Rs 16.19 lakh (XZ+) and Rs 17.19 lakh (XZ+ Lux).

The Tata Nexon EV Max Dark Edition has blue accents in the lower tri-arrow pattern grille, front and rear fog lamp garnishes, side belt line and EV badges. The rear ‘X’ badge is in Black colour. You can notice the #Dark badge on the front fenders. The alloy wheels come in grey finish.
Inside, there a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with better display and user interface (UI). The unit supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Features of the Nexon EV Max are exactly similar to the regular XZ+ and ZX+ LUX variants. The XZ+ has been equipped with the electronic parking brake with auto-hold, electronic stability program, all four disc brakes, drive modes, four regen modes, climate control, cruise control, dual airbags and LED lighting system. The XZ+ LUX offers some exclusive features such as air purifier, leatherette front seat with cooling, electric sunroof and auto dimming inside mirror.
Powertrain system of the new Tata Nexon EV Max Dark Edition includes the same 40.5kWh lithium-ion phosphate battery pack and an electric motor making 143PS and 250Nm. The electric SUV promises a range of 437km (ARAI-certified) on a single charge. It comes with a 50kW DC fast charger, a 7.2kW AC charger and the standard 3.3kW wall box charger.
