Nissan Magnite Geza Edition Launch On 26th May – What To Expect?

Nissan India will introduce a new special edition of its Magnite subcompact SUV on 26th May 2023. Called the Nissan Magnite Geza Edition is said to be inspired by Japanese theatre and its musical theme. The model is likely to receive a few cosmetic enhancements and new features over the regular model. In order to improve its music experience, the carmaker will pack the special edition with JBL speakers. Unlike the regular version, the Magnite Geza Edition will have a new, bigger 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The feature kit might also include leather wrapped steering wheel, a 360 degree camera, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, height adjustable driver’s seat, rear view camera with parking guidelines, tyre pressure monitoring system, keyless entry and go, traction control, vehicle dynamic control, hill start assist, central locking, Isofix child seat anchors and more.

The carmaker might introduce new colour options with the limited edition. Currently, the subcompact comes in 9 colour schemes – Tourmalline Brown With Onyx Black and Storm White, Pearl White with Onyx Black, Flare Garnet Red With Onyx Black, Blade Silver, Vivid Blue With Strom White, Sandstone Brown, Flare Garnet Red and Onyx Black.

The Nissan Magnite Geza Edition could be offered with both 1.0L naturally aspirated and 1.0L turbo petrol engines. While the former makes 72PS with 96Nm, the latter is good enough for 100PS and 152Nm. A 5-speed manual gearbox comes standard with both motors. The turbo-petrol unit gets an optional CVT automatic transmission.
