Nissan Magnite Gets Over 50,000 Bookings; Top Variants In Demand

Nissan Magnite subcompact SUV has been doing really well for the carmaker in the country. Now, the model has received over 50,000 bookings including 5,000 via digital platform and 45,000 via on-ground bookings at the Nissan dealerships. It has also achieved 10,000 wholesale deliveries mark since its launch on 2nd December 2020. The range-topping XV and XV Premium variants have around 60% contribution in the total bookings and around 15% came for the CVT automatic variants.

The carmaker has confirmed that it has protected the prices of the Mangite on the booking price despite the change in prices on account of escalation of raw material costs. Early this month, Nissan increased prices of the subcompact SUV by Rs 33,000. After the latest price hike, the SUV costs between Rs 5.59 lakh for the entry-level XE variant and Rs 9.90 lakh for the top-end XV Premium CVT dual-tone variant. The model lineup includes five automatic variants priced from Rs 8.39 lakh to Rs 9.90 lakh. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom.
