Paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slip-and-assist clutch, the Himalayan 450 rests on a novel steel twin-spar frame, incorporating a 43mm USD fork and a 200mm preloaded adjustable monoshock rear suspension. The bike’s stock seat height measures 825mm, with the flexibility to be raised to 845mm or lowered to 805mm.

In addition to the Himalayan 450, Royal Enfield has also showcased the production-ready Shotgun 650 motorcycle in its factory custom avatar at the Motoverse. Limited to just 25 units, the Shotgun 650 shares its chassis and engine with the Super Meteor 650. The 649cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder engine boasts power and torque figures yet to be revealed, reflecting its unique character with new pea-shooter style exhausts.

Equipped with a 6-speed transmission, the RE Shotgun is strategically positioned below the Super Meteor 650, with anticipated prices ranging between Rs 3.3 lakh and Rs 3.4 lakh (ex-showroom). Official prices are set to be unveiled in January 2024.
