Hyundai Motor India has further expanded the Grand i10 Nios hatchback model lineup with an addition of a new variant. Called the Sportz Executive, the new variant has been offered with both manual and AMT gearbox options. While the manual version costs Rs 7.16 lakh, the AMT model is priced at Rs 7.70 lakh. The new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Sportz Executive variant sits between the Magna and Sportz trims.
For power, the new Sportz Executive variant uses the same 1.2L petrol engine that’s good for 83bhp and 113.8Nm. One must note that the new variant is not available with the CNG fuel option. The feature list of the new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Sportz Executive variant is exactly same as the Sportz trim. Though, it misses out on the auto AC unit.
The hatchback’s new variant comes with an 8.0-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity and voice recognition, a 3.5-inch MID instrument cluster, 2-DIN integrated audio system, 4 speakers, rear parking camera, rear defogger, rear parcel tray, gloss black dashboard inserts, hill start assist control, electric stability control, tyre pressure monitor, 4 airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, electric folding wing mirrors, turn indicators on wing mirrors, blacked-out B-pillar and window line, roof rails, automatic projector headlamps and 15-inch steel wheels with covers. Just so you know, the carmaker introduced the updated Hyundai Grand i10 Nios in January 2023. The model received a few cosmetic and feature upgrades along with a new Spark Green colour scheme. It’s also available in Titan Grey, Fiery Red, Polar White, Teal Blue and Typhoon Silver paint schemes. Inside, the facelifted Grand i10 Nios has a revised instrument cluster, new grey seat upholstery and footwell lighting. On the exterior, it gets a slightly tweaked front bumper housing a black enlarged grille, new tri-arrow shaped LED DRLs and side intakes, newly-designed alloys and LED taillamps connected via a reflector bar.
