New Hyundai Creta N-Line SUV – Is It Coming To India?

Recently, the South Korean automaker revealed the new Hyundai Creta N-Line SUV featuring sporty elements inside and out. Minor mechanical upgrades have also been made as we have seen on the global Hyundai N-Line range. Talking about the design, the model carries a new parametric grille with dark chrome treatment and horizontally placed vent above it. The front bumper appears taller than the regular model and it has larger air-intake.

The newly-designed triangular fog lamps and ‘Creta N Line’ badge on the front fender further mark distinction to its portfolio. The LED headlamps are similar to the standard model. Design bits such as the new side skirts, newly-designed 17-inch alloy wheels and darkened parts on the window line differentiate its side profile. The new Creta N-Line features a faux diffuser, pronounced N Line signature and twin exhaust tips at the rear end.

Inside the cabin, the new Hyundai Creta N-Line has N Line themed gear knob and steering wheel, sporty red stitching on the upholstery and pronounced badging on the seats. Rest of its features are similar to the standard Creta.

In global markets, the Hyundai Creta N Line comes with a 1.0L turbo petrol engine that’s good enough for 118bhp. The carmaker will also tune its suspension setup for improving its performance.

As of now, there is no official word on its India launch. Though, we expect it to make its way here with the Creta facelift that’s due for early 2023. Even if India is on the launch radar, the SUV could be offered with the 1.4L turbo petrol engine pushing out a peak power of 138bhp. It will take on the Kia Seltos GT-Line and higher variants of the MG Hector and Tata Harrier. Compared to the regular model, the Creta N-Line will surely be more expensive.
