New Honda Forza 750 Teased – Bluetooth, Riding Modes, LED Lighting

Honda Motorcycle has dropped the second teaser video of the upcoming new Forza maxi-scooter. While the first teaser confirmed the new variant, the latest one reveals it will be the new Honda Forza 750 that’s slated to debut on 14th October, 2020. The teaser video shows the LED lighting system including a twin-LED headlamp with LED DRLs and LED taillamp. The scooter also gets a colour TFT display that will show information such as average fuel consumption, speedometer, fuel gauge, rev counter, gear position indicator and more.

You can notice a push start/stop button and riding modes. The new Honda Forza scooter comes with Bluetooth connectivity and an adjustable traction control system. As of now, the engine details of the new Honda Forza 750 are not available. The company might use an all-new engine for the scooter. In the European market, the two-wheeler maker currently sells Forza 125 and Forza 300.

If reports are to be believed, Honda might introduce the Forza 300 in the Indian market in coming years. Early this year, the company sold four units of the maxi-scooter to select customers in Gurugram. The model comes with a 279cc, liquid-cooled engine pushing out a peak power of 24.8bhp at 7,000rpm and 27.2Nm of torque at 5,750rpm. The motor has SOHC configuration and boosted with fuel-injected technology. For performing transmission duties, the Honda Forza 300 has a CVT automatic gearbox with an automatic centrifugal clutch and a V-Belt.

The model comes with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) allowing to regaining rear-wheel traction by sensing the difference between the front and rear wheel speeds. This system also helps controlling engine torque via FI system by calculating the slip ratio. The scooter’s suspension setup includes 33mm telescopic forks upfront and pre-load adjustable dual shock absorbers at the rear. It runs on 15-inch front wheels with 120/70 section tyre and 14-inch rear wheels with 140/70 section tyre.
