BMW Motorrad has launched 3 new motorcycles – the new F 850 GS, F 850 GS Adventure and the new BMW F 900 XR Pro in the Indian market. Launched as a completely built-up units (CBU), the new F 900 XR Pro is available at a price tag of Rs 12.30 lakh. The motorcycle can be booked at BMW Motorrad dealerships, while deliveries will commence in June 2022.
The new BMW F 900 XR Adventure Sports Tourer comes with a standard warranty of 3 years, unlimited kilometers. It also comes with an option to extend the warranty to 4th & 5th year, along with Road Side Assistance and a 24×7 365 days package.
It is powered by a BSVI compliant 895cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin cylinder engine that churns out 103.2bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 92Nm at 6,500rpm. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph acceleration in just 3.6 seconds before hitting a top sp`eed of over 200kmph.

The new BMW F 900 XR features a twin-pod headlamp, a semi-fairing design and a tinted windscreen, a side-slung exhaust and a step-up seat. It gets full LED lighting and a Bluetooth-enabled 6.5-inch full-colour TFT screen. The motorcycle also gets high-end tech features such as ABS, traction control, riding modes pro, engine brake control, keyless ride, adaptive cornering lights, heated grip and others.
