Maruti Fronx Mileage Higher Than Tata Punch – Figures Out

Maruti Suzuki will announce prices of its all-new Fronx compact crossover in coming weeks. Though, its exact launch date is yet to be announced. Bookings for the model are already underway. The Maruti Fronx will come in five trims – Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta and Alpha – and two petrol engine options – a 1.0L, 3-cylinder turbo Boosterjet (100bhp/147.6Nm) and a 1.2L, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated (90bhp/113Nm). Both motors are benefited with mild hybrid tech.

The turbo-petrol engine gets a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox. The naturally aspirated motor can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT gearbox. The Sigma, Delta and Delta+ will be available with the 1.2L NA and manual gearbox, while the Delta and Delta+ can also be had with the AMT transmission. The 1.0L turbo petrol engine will be offered on the Delta+, Zeta and Alpha trims with manual standard gearbox. The Zeta and Alpha turbo-petrol will be available with automatic gearbox as well.
