Mahindra XUV700 Top Variant Interior Revealed In New Spy Images

Mahindra XUV700, the upcoming premium 7-seater SUV from the home-grown carmaker, is ready to hit roads in the month of October. Its production-ready model is likely to debut in July and the official bookings might begin next month. The SUV is currently in its final testing phase and its close-to-production model was recently caught on camera. One of its major attractions is the dashboard integrated dual-screen, high-resolution display setup that works as a touchscreen infotainment system and an instrument cluster. It has a leather-wrapped, multi-function flat bottom steering wheel with mounted control buttons. While the left side buttons are for the touchscreen infotainment unit, the right side for the digital instrument console and cruise control functions. The centre console, with Thar like upshifters, offers a driver armrest and cup holders.

Mahindra XUV700 sunroof spotted

Recently, the carmaker confirmed that the Mahindra XUV700 will offer a panoramic sunroof (named Skyroof) that will be largest in the segment. The model has black leather seat upholstery with contrast white stitching. The middle row seats offers two adjustable headrests with the fixed centre headrest. It also offers reading lamps placed next to the grab handles. Both the middle and third row seats get rear AC vents.

Mahindra XUV700 audio system

The upcoming new Mahindra 7-seater SUV will also be packed with features such as dual-zone climate control, wireless charging, electronic parking brake with Auto hold, drive modes, push start/stop button and keyless entry. The recently spied test mule has the front grille integrated sensor and radar, which are likely for the ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). If it’s the same, the XUV700 will be the first model in its segment to offer Level 2 autonomous driving technology.
