Jeep Compass Trailhawk Facelift Teased; Launch In Coming Days

American SUV maker, Jeep will launch two new SUVs in the Indian market before the end of 2022. The company will launch the Meridian 7-seater SUV by mid-2022. The camouflaged prototype of the SUV has already been revealed by the SUV. Jeep has also teased the new Compass Trailhawk facelift on its Indian website.

The new Compass Trailhawk facelift will come with noticeable design changes and upgraded cabin; however, the engine setup will remain the same. The new model will come with newly designed headlamps and new diamond cut alloy wheels The SUV will have revised bumpers for better approach and departure angles.

The new Jeep Compass Trailhawk facelift will come with blacked-out A, B and C pillars. It will have black decals on the hood and red treatment on window beltline and on roof & roof rails. There will be 4×4 and Trailhawk badging at the back.

The Jeep Compass Trailhawk facelift will share the cabin and features with the regular Compass facelift. It comes with a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with UConnect 5 software with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and voice recognition support. It comes with a new dashboard with soft touch leather stitching, new instrument console, a multi-functional steering wheel, a 360 degree parking camera, ventilated seats, connected car technology, wireless smartphone charging and others.

Facelifted Jeep Compass Trailhawk

The new trail-rated version of the Compass will be powered by the same 2.0-litre Mulitjet diesel engine that produces 170bhp and 350Nm of torque. It will be paired to a 9-speed automatic gearbox, which sends power to all-4 wheels via Activ Drive 4×4 sstem. The vehicle also gets Rock mode and hill descent control.
