Renault India has announced that the Triber compact MPV has crossed the 1-lakh sales milestone in the country. In order to celebrate the milestone, the company has launched the new Renault Triber Limited Edition (LE) at a starting price of Rs 7.24 Lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi).
The new Triber MPV has received 4-star safety rating for adult occupant safety and 3-star child occupant safety by Global NCAP. The Renault Triber Limited Edition is based on the RXT variant. It is available in both manual and Easy-R AMT transmissions.
The Renault Triber Limited Edition (LE) is powered by a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder naturally-aspirated petrol engine that produces 71bhp at 6,250rpm and a peak torque of 96Nm at 3,500rpm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.
The Limited Edition Triber comes with the new Stylish Akaza fabric upholstery along with dual-tone dashboard with piano black finish. It features a fully digital White LED instrument console, HVAC knobs with chrome ring and black inner door handles.
The new Renault Triber Limited Edition will be offered in dual tone exterior in Moonlight Silver and Cedar Brown colour with black roof. It rides on a newly designed 14-inch Flex wheels. The new Triber LE comes equipped with four airbags – front & side for both driver and passenger.
It comes with steering mounted audio & phone controls along with six-way adjustable driver seat and reverse parking camera with guideliness.
