Hyundai Venue N-Line India Testing Begins – Spy Images

The South Korean automaker is ready to give a mid-life update its highly popular Venue and Creta SUVs. While their official launch details are yet to be revealed, the SUVs’ facelifted models are reported to arrive in June and September 2022 respectively. Interestingly, the company has started testing the Hyundai Venue N-Line in India that’s recently caught on camera. The spotted test mule was semi camouflaged covering most of its design details. Though, one can notice the differently designed alloy wheels, a dual-tip exhaust and N-Line badging on the front fender.

The Venue N-Line is likely to feature sporty red accents on the lower section of the front bumper similar to the i20 N-Line. Design bits such as roof rails, front brake callipers and tweaked rear bumper will further differentiate it from the regular model. The compact SUV’s new variant is expected to carry styling elements that will be offered on the 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift. We expect it to sport the brand’s new ‘Parametric’ grille (borrowed from the new Tucson), newly-designed headlamps, updated front and rear bumpers and new angular taillamps.

Interior design and layout of the Hyundai Venue N-Line will be similar to the upcoming Venue facelift. Though, it might come with the all-black interior theme with red accents and ‘N’ logos embossed inside the cabin. Read – Upcoming Hyundai SUVs In India In Next 2 Years

Under the hood, the Venue N-Line is likely to employ the 1.0L, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine making 118bhp and 172Nm. Transmission options might include a 7-speed DCT automatic and a 6-speed iMT unit. The 2022 Hyundai Venue facelift will continue to come with the 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol and 1.5L diesel engines.

The Hyundai Venue N-Line is reported to make global debut towards the end of this year. Rumour has it that the company might bring in the new variant of the sub-4 metre SUV in India as well. Stay tuned to IndiaCarNews for the latest updates on the same.
