Honda Forza 350 Maxi-Scooter – Is It Coming To India?

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has filed a design patent for the Forza 350 maxi scooter in the country. However, there is no official word on its India launch. In 2020, the two-wheeler maker had imported some of its units and showcased at select dealership. In fact, Honda delivered the first four units of the maxi-scooter in Gurugram.

For power, the Honda Forza 350 uses a 329cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that pushes out a maximum power of 20.2PS and 31.5Nm of torque. Its suspension setup includes a telescopic fork at front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are done by a 256mm front and a 240mm rear disc brakes along with the dual-channel ABS (antilock braking system) and traction control system. The maxi scooter has been equipped with the 15-inch front and 14-inch rear alloy wheels with 120 and 140-section tubeless tyres respectively.

In global markets, the Forza 350 has been offered in two variants – Standard and Roadsync. The Roadsync has been benefited with Honda’s Roadsync technology that provides access to Honda Smartphone Voice Control System.

The maxi scooter also comes with features such as all LED lighting system, an electrically adjustable windscreen, a digital display fitted between twin-pod analogue instrument console with a large MID, USB charging socket in the glove box, a stepped seat, function keys, emergency stop signal (ESS) and underseat storage space.

In other fresh updates, HMSI has confirmed that it will launch a new 100cc bike on 15th March 2023. While details of the upcoming model are still under wraps, the company revealed that it will deliver impressive mileage. The bike will come with a smaller capacity engine. Once launched, the new Honda 100cc bike will be placed against the Hero Splendor Plus that delivers a claimed mileage of over 65kmpl.
