2018 Mahindra XUV500 Petrol In The Making

Mahindra is offering discounts on pre-facelift XUV500, KUV100, Scorpio and SsangYong Rexton.

In a bit to attract buyers, Mahindra & Mahindra is offering discounts up to Rs 1 lakh on its popular SUVs. The home-grown carmaker is still left out with stocks of the pre-facelift Mahindra XUV500, and aiming to clear that the company is offering heavy discounts on the SUV. Read – Mahindra To Launch Three New Cars This Year

One can avail a flat Rs 1 lakh discount on the fully-loaded W10 manual and automatic variants of the XUV500. The W10 trim comes with some exclusive features such as black interior theme, a sunroof and a reverse parking camera.

The SUV’s lower trims W4, W6, W8 and W9, with both manual and automatic gearboxes, are available with discount offers of up to Rs 91,000. For instance, the pre-facelift Mahindra XUV500 W6 automatic trim will cost you around Rs 17.5 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) after the discount. One must note that discounts are available only on the diesel models of the XUV500. Powering the pre-facelift Mahindra XUV500 diesel is a 2.2L motor paired to a 6-speed manual and an automatic gearbox. The power and torque figures of the oil burner stand at 140bhp and 330Nm respectively. Besides the pre-facelift Mahindra XUV500, the Scorpio and KUV100 are also available with discounts ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000. While the range-topping Scorpio S11 trim comes with a cash discount of Rs 20,000, the select variants of the pre-facelift KUV100 are available with discounts up to Rs 40,000. The carmaker is also offering a massive discount of Rs 4.5 lakh on the SsangYong Rexton. That means, the high-end RX-7 variant will now cost you around Rs 25.6 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
