Maruti Suzuki India is ready to launch the second-generation Vitara Brezza on coming 30th June. Toyota’s rebadged version of the Brezza – Urban Cruiser – will also receive an update by August 2022. Ahead of new model launches, their outgoing versions are available at attractive discounts and benefits.
All variants of the existing Vitara Brezza are running on discounts of up to Rs 17,500. It includes a cash discount of Rs 5,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 2,500. Prices of the Maruti Vitara Brezza start from Rs 7.84 lakh for the base variant and go up to Rs 11.49 lakh for the top-end variant. With the generation change, the SUV is likely to witness a minor price hike.
The Toyota Urban Cruiser, on the other hand, comes with a loyalty or exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 10,000. That means, buyers can avail total benefits of up to Rs 20,000. The SUV model lineup is currently available within the price range of Rs 9.03 lakh – Rs 11.73 lakh. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
New 2022 Maruti Brezza
The new-generation Brezza will come with massive cosmetic and feature upgrades. In fact, it will feature a new 1.5L K15C Dualjet petrol engine under the hood. The motor, which will be borrowed from the Ertiga, will deliver power worth 103bhp and 137Nm of torque. The existing 4-speed automatic gearbox will be replaced with a new 6-speed torque convertor automatic transmission.
New 2022 Toyota Urban Cruiser
Toyota’s updated Urban Cruiser will have design changes and feature updates similar to the new Brezza. Though, it will continue to carry Toyota-specific styling bits. The SUV might get the updated touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless phone charging, a SIM-based connected car suite, a 360 degree camera, a new semi-digital instrument cluster and more.
